01 | Save the Dates ideally we begin 8 - 12 months before your wedding.

02 | Invitation design typically begins 6 - 8 months before your wedding.

03 | Wedding Day Details are finalized approximately 2 - 3 months before your celebration.

  • Absolutely! While Studio Kate is based in Oklahoma City, I work with couples near and far. The design process can be handled virtually from beginning to end, making it easy to create something personal and thoughtful no matter where you're celebrating.

  • Of course! Your stationery doesn't have to begin with Studio Kate for us to create a cohesive look for the rest of your celebration. I'll take inspiration from your existing save the dates, wedding style and overall vision to make sure everything feels beautifully connected.

  • Every Studio Kate project begins with your wedding - your style, venue, colors, florals and the little details that make your celebration yours. Rather than choosing from a collection of pre-designed suites, we’ll create something from the ground up that feels personal to you and cohesive with the rest of your wedding.

  • Yes! I want the process to feel as seamless as possible, so I can take care of printing, specialty finishes and assembly for your stationery. We'll talk through all of the options during the design process and choose the details that make the most sense for your vision and budget.

  • Absolutely! I'm happy to collaborate with your planner, florist and other creative partners to make sure your stationery and day-of details feel cohesive with the overall look and feel of your wedding.

  • The earlier, the better! For a full stationery experience, I recommend reaching out around 8–12 months before your wedding. If you're only looking for invitations or wedding-day details, we can often begin later. Have a shorter timeline? Reach out anyway! If my schedule allows, I'd love to see what we can create.
